We are seeking professionals with strong expertise in luxury property sales, client acquisition, and closure management for premium ticket-size transactions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end direct sales for premium and luxury residential projects
• Generate and manage qualified leads through client meetings, references, walk-ins, and channel networks
• Conduct site visits, project presentations, and personalized customer engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and investors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams for seamless sales closures
• Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports, and client records
• Deliver excellent customer experience from inquiry to post-sales coordination
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
🎯 Required Skills
• Strong expertise in direct sales within the real estate sector
• Experience handling luxury or premium residential property sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closure management skills
• Ability to manage high-value transactions and client relationships

🎓 Qualification
• Graduate / MBA preferred
