We are looking for an experienced Corporate Law Head to lead legal strategy, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management functions for the organization.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all corporate legal and compliance matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and governance standards
• Advise leadership on legal risks, policies, and strategic business decisions
• Handle litigation management and coordinate with external legal counsels
• Manage corporate structuring, due diligence, and regulatory filings
• Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnership agreements
• Ensure timely legal support for business operations and projects
• Develop and implement legal policies, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies
🎯 Required Skills
• Strong expertise in corporate law, compliance, and governance
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements
• Experience in handling complex legal matters and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🎓 Qualification
• LLB / LLM from a recognized institution
• Additional certifications in corporate law or compliance would be an advantage
✅ Preferred Profile
• Experience in corporate, real estate, infrastructure, or diversified business environments
• Proven leadership experience in managing legal and compliance functions
