Senior Business Development Executive – Corporate Sales

We’re looking for a result-driven Business Development professional to drive lead conversion, client acquisition, and revenue growth through strong sales execution and relationship management.


🔑 What You’ll Do

• Identify and acquire new clients through multiple channels
• Manage inbound and outbound leads via CRM, calls, and social platforms
• Convert leads into customers through effective follow-ups and engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive lead generation campaigns
• Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM data, and report performance
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business KPIs


🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in sales/business development (EdTech preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience handling leads from digital channels (WhatsApp, social media, CRM, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and meet deadlines
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline


Preferred

• Experience in corporate sales or training/education industry
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Exposure to digital lead conversion and inside sales
