Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage accurate bills of quantities (BOQ) for interior fit-out projects in Retail, Cinema, or Hospitality sectors.
- Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with design and client requirements.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and material reconciliations.
- Manage vendor and contractor billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records and reports for project costing and progress.
Critical Skills and Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying for interior fit-outs in Retail, Cinema, or Hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite or related software.
