We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead plant operations, maintenance, and engineering functions for a large-scale fabrication and galvanizing facility.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Manage mechanical, electrical, civil, and utility operations across the plant
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and control costs
• Lead installation, commissioning, and upgrades of machinery and systems
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for operational issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Manage capital projects, budgets, and timelines
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing / fabrication operations
• Strong expertise in industrial maintenance and plant operations
• Experience in equipment manufacturing (towers, monopoles, steel structures, PEB, solar structures, etc.)
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems, utilities, and plant maintenance
• Proven experience in project management and process optimization
⭐ Good to Have
• Exposure to fabrication and galvanizing processes
• Knowledge of CAD, CMMS, PLC automation, hydraulics & pneumatics
• Experience with material handling systems and industrial automation
