We’re looking for a UGC-first Content Creator who understands what works on social and can create authentic, scroll-stopping content that feels native and drives engagement.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Create engaging UGC-style videos (POV, GRWM, testimonials, reactions, etc.)
• Handle end-to-end content creation — ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing
• Stay updated with trends, hooks, formats, and viral content styles
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with campaigns and launches
• Work with influencers, creators, and customers for content shoots
• Plan and execute batch content calendars for consistent output
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience in UGC or short-form content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing reels/short-form content
• Hands-on with shooting and editing (mobile-first content is a plus)
• Understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
• Ability to create authentic, relatable, and high-performing content
⭐ Good to Have
• Experience working with D2C brands
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts growth strategies
• Creative storytelling and strong visual sense
