🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage walk-in clients and provide detailed information about available projects.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.

• Assist customers during site visits and property walkthroughs.

• Handle negotiations and discussions to facilitate successful deal closures.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.

🧠 Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or closing roles (real estate experience preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle walk-in enquiries and convert leads into bookings.

• Customer-first approach with a positive and professional attitude.

• Comfortable handling site visits and client interactions on-site.
