🔑 Key Responsibilities

👥 HR Operations

-Manage end-to-end HR activities from recruitment to exit.

-Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, and separations.

-Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

🎯 Recruitment & Onboarding

-Lead recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordination.

-Manage onboarding and employee induction processes.

-Ensure timely closure of open positions.

⏱️ Attendance & Payroll

-Manage attendance and leave processes through HRMS.

-Monitor regularization and ESS activities.

-Validate and process monthly payroll inputs.

⚖️ Statutory Compliance

-Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, and labour laws.

-Maintain statutory documentation and records.

-Support audits and compliance reviews.

📊 HR MIS & Reporting

-Prepare and present HR MIS reports.

-Maintain HR dashboards and reports.

-Track key HR metrics.

🤝 Employee Relations

-Handle employee queries and grievances.

-Support disciplinary processes where required.

-Promote a positive work environment.

🧠 Required Skills & Knowledge

-Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations

-Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms

-Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance

-Strong HR MIS and Excel skills

-Excellent communication skills

-Strong stakeholder management ability

🎓 Qualification

Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
