🏢 Finishing Strategy & Leadership
-Lead finishing activities across multiple residential or mixed-use developments.
-Establish finishing standards, SOPs, and execution benchmarks.
-Ensure consistent finishing quality across all projects.
-Act as the primary authority for finishing execution and quality control.
🎨 Design Coordination & Quality Control
-Coordinate with Architecture, Design, and MEP teams to ensure execution feasibility.
-Review and approve materials, samples, and mock-ups.
-Ensure alignment with approved design specifications.
-Maintain high standards of workmanship and finishing quality.
📅 Planning & Execution Management
-Review and approve finishing schedules and execution plans.
-Monitor progress and identify risks or delays.
-Implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
-Ensure readiness for final project handover.
🤝 Vendor & Contractor Management
-Identify and finalize finishing contractors and vendors.
-Evaluate contractor performance and productivity.
-Lead commercial discussions and negotiations.
-Ensure quality and timely delivery from vendors.
💰 Cost Management
-Monitor finishing budgets across projects.
-Implement cost optimization initiatives.
-Drive value engineering without compromising quality.
-Control wastage and rework.
🏢 Project Handover Readiness
-Ensure high-quality project handover standards.
-Oversee inspections and snag resolution.
-Ensure customer-ready units before possession.
-Support project teams during final inspections.

-Lead and mentor finishing teams across projects.

🎓 Qualifications
BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
Master’s degree preferred
🧠 Experience
– 20–28 years of experience in construction or real estate
-Minimum 8–10 years in leadership roles managing finishing works
-Experience in high-rise residential projects preferred
-Exposure to premium or luxury developments is an advantage
