-Plan and supervise finishing activities including:

-External façade finishes
-Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
-Monitor finishing progress and quality standards.
✅ Quality Assurance
-Maintain high workmanship and finishing standards.
-Coordinate inspections and quality checks.
-Ensure approvals of materials and samples before execution.
-Drive defect-free handover standards.
📅 Planning & Scheduling
-Develop finishing schedules and milestone plans.
-Monitor project timelines and completion targets.
-Ensure proper sequencing between civil and finishing activities.
-Track daily and weekly progress.
🤝 Contractor & Vendor Management
-Manage finishing contractors and specialized agencies.
-Monitor contractor performance and productivity.
-Ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
-Validate contractor billing based on progress.

-Ensure alignment between design intent and execution.

-Lead snag identification and closure.

🎓 Qualifications
