🎯 Key Responsibilities

🏡 Client Engagement & Site Visits

-Conduct site visits for prospective customers and provide detailed project walkthroughs

-Deliver a positive and informative customer experience during visits

-Guide clients through product features and investment benefits

📞 Sales & Lead Management

-Follow up with leads and enquiries regularly

-Convert enquiries into site visits and bookings

-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

📊 CRM & Documentation

-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM

-Track enquiries and revive inactive leads

-Prepare sales activity reports when required

📢 Market Awareness

-Stay updated on product offerings and market trends

-Monitor competitor activities and positioning

🤝 Coordination

-Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience

-Participate in project launches and promotional activities
