πŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities

πŸ“… Project Planning & Coordination

-Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC, vendors, and internal teams including Design, Interior, and MEP.

-Liaise with Project Heads for assigned sites.

-Track drawings including Design, Interior, and MEP to ensure milestone adherence.

-Follow up on approvals, drawings, and BOQs.

-Monitor design schedules and align with site execution timelines.

-Coordinate PO/WO processing and payment tracking with Finance team.

🏒 Site Execution Support

-Monitor site progress for assigned projects.

-Coordinate between Civil, MEP, HVAC, and Interior teams.

-Track pending activities and highlight delays.

-Ensure timely material availability as per project schedule.

-Monitor material dispatch and delivery.

πŸ“Š Documentation & Reporting

-Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Weekly Progress Reports (WPR).

-Maintain drawing registers and revision control.

-Track Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and invoices.

-Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOM).

-Maintain project documentation for audit and compliance.

🀝 Vendor & Contractor Coordination

-Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and execution.

-Ensure work and materials comply with approved BOQs and drawings.

-Support billing and measurement verification.

-Assist in resolving vendor and contractor issues.

πŸ’° Budget & Cost Monitoring

-Track project expenses against approved budgets.

-Support CAPEX tracking and reporting.

-Identify cost deviations and highlight risks.

-Support cost control initiatives.

πŸ“’ Communication & Escalation

-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

-Escalate risks and delays in a timely manner.

-Maintain smooth communication between site teams and management.

πŸŽ“ Qualification

-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

⏳ Experience & Skills

– 5–8 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management

-Experience in Interiors / Commercial / Retail / Construction projects preferred

-Understanding of drawings and BOQs

-Knowledge of Civil, MEP, HVAC, and Interior coordination

-Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project

-AutoCAD knowledge preferred

-Strong reporting and documentation skills

-Good communication and coordination abilities

-Ability to manage multiple projects
