📈 Investor & Analyst Engagement
-Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors (buy-side & sell-side)
-Act as the primary liaison for analysts and market participants
-Manage investor queries with clarity, consistency, and regulatory alignment
-Conduct investor targeting analysis to diversify and strengthen the shareholder base
📢 Capital Market Communication
-Support preparation of earnings releases, investor presentations, press notes & disclosures
-Coordinate earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows & analyst meets
-Provide post-event analytics and investor feedback insights to leadership
-Ensure accuracy and integrity of all public domain disclosures
💼 Financial Analysis & Strategic Support
-Perform valuation analysis, peer benchmarking & financial modeling
-Offer insights on financial performance, operating metrics & growth strategy
-Assist in fundraising initiatives, equity/bond issuances & strategic transactions
-Support M&A and other capital market activities as required
🏛 Governance & Compliance
-Ensure adherence to regulatory disclosure norms and market guidelines
-Collaborate with internal teams to access real-time financial and operational data
-Maintain updated investor-facing content across communication channels
-Safeguard confidential and price-sensitive information
🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ CA or CFA (Mandatory)
✔ 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Capital Markets
✔ Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies & capital markets
✔ Prior exposure to FMCG / Consumer sector preferred
✔ Existing relationships with institutional investors is a plus
