🔹 Key Responsibilities
📌 Integrated Launch Planning & Coordination
-Drive structured coordination across departments to ensure seamless project launches
-Act as the central point of contact for launch timelines, approvals, and dependencies
-Ensure alignment between stakeholders for timely execution
⏱️ Milestone Tracking & TAT Management
-Define launch milestones with ownership and timelines
-Develop and maintain TAT trackers and readiness checklists
-Identify risks proactively and implement corrective action plans
🗂️ Execution Roadmap & Checklist Management
-Prepare detailed pre-launch, launch-day, and post-launch execution frameworks
-Ensure readiness across communication, approvals, sales enablement, site readiness, and digital channels
-Validate compliance with launch standards prior to go-live
🔎 Launch Monitoring & Audit
-Track on-ground and digital execution to ensure adherence to approved plans
-Conduct audits across customer touchpoints, branding, sales processes, and communication
-Document observations and recommend process improvements
📊 Reporting, MIS & Dashboards
-Develop Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports
-Present milestone updates and execution reports to leadership
-Leverage insights to strengthen future launch performance
👤 Desired Candidate Profile
– 2–4 years of experience in project planning, marketing operations, PMO, or cross-functional coordination
-Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, MIS, Trackers)
-Experience in structured reporting and process documentation
-Excellent stakeholder management and follow-up skills
-High attention to detail with strong execution orientation
-Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
