🏆 Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

-Develop and execute state-level sales strategies aligned with national objectives

-Drive primary billing, secondary sales, and retail penetration

-Track KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement

-Deliver consistent month-on-month and year-on-year growth

🚚 Channel & Distribution Excellence

-Strengthen and expand distributor/stockist network

-Improve market coverage across urban and rural geographies

-Ensure supply chain coordination to minimize stock-outs

-Manage distributor ROI, margins, and credit discipline

📊 Market Expansion & Trade Execution

-Identify white spaces and drive expansion into new territories

-Execute trade marketing initiatives and visibility programs

-Monitor competition, pricing trends, and consumer behavior

-Enhance in-store presence and merchandising standards

👥 Team Leadership & Capability Building

-Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and field teams

-Drive performance management and capability enhancement initiatives

-Build a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture

-Conduct regular reviews and succession planning

📑 Planning, Budgeting & Reporting

-Own state-level sales planning and forecasting

-Monitor profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency

-Present structured business reviews and strategic insights to senior leadership

🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile

🎓 Qualification : MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred)

💼 Experience : 12–18 years in FMCG sales

-Minimum 5 years in a multi-state leadership role

-Strong exposure to Gujarat & Rajasthan markets preferred

-Proven track record of scaling revenue and building distribution networks
