🔹 Key Responsibilities

📌 Business & Process Analysis

-Conduct in-depth analysis of mortgage and real estate business processes, workflows, and systems

-Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

-Perform gap analysis and propose effective solutions

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

-Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

-Define project objectives and scope

-Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions

📈 Data Analysis & Insights

-Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and operational insights

-Support data-driven decision-making

-Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions

📝 Documentation & Delivery

-Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, process flows, and user stories

-Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams for solution implementation

-Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate deliverables

🔍 Continuous Improvement

-Stay updated with mortgage regulations, compliance norms, and real estate market trends

-Apply industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

-Strong experience in Mortgage and Real Estate domain

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management

-Proficiency in documentation tools and process modeling techniques

-Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

-Strong communication and presentation skills
