🔧 Key Responsibilities
🏗 Facilities & Infrastructure Management
-Supervise housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained campus.
-Oversee upkeep of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and utilities.
-Maintain updated asset registers and inventory records.
-Ensure electricity, water supply, sanitation, fire safety systems, and backup power systems are compliant and operational.
🚌 Transport Operations
-Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant transport services.
-Supervise drivers, attendants, and transport staff.
-Maintain records of permits, licenses, insurance, and regulatory documentation.
-Address and resolve transport-related concerns.
-Ensure adherence to all applicable transport safety norms and regulations.
🏗 Expansion & Infrastructure Projects
-Monitor expansion projects and facility enhancements.
-Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
-Review vendor quotations and support approval processes.
👥 HR & Statutory Administration
-Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, tax regulations, labor laws).
-Maintain attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
-Support HR administrative functions when required.
-Monitor deployment of support and outsourced staff.
🍽 Catering & Vendor Management
-Oversee catering operations for students and staff.
-Coordinate with service providers for quality and hygiene standards.
-Maintain vendor database and evaluate performance regularly.
📦 Procurement & Stores
-Ensure procurement processes follow prescribed procedures.
-Maintain preferred vendor database and monitor delivery timelines and quality standards.
📊 Budgeting & General Administration
-Assist in preparation of revenue and capital budgets.
-Monitor expenses against approved budgets.
-Oversee campus security arrangements.
-Maintain contracts, agreements, and administrative records.
-Coordinate logistics for institutional events and functions.
-Supervise outsourcing agencies and support services.
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce, Engineering, Management or related field)
Management qualification preferred
💼 Experience & Knowledge
– 10–15 years in general administration
-Strong team management experience
-Knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance
-Experience managing facilities, transport, vendors, and security
-Budgeting and cost control exposure
-Strong documentation and administrative process knowledge
