-Build and stabilize a scalable precast execution platform
-Own revenue delivery, billing predictability, and cash-flow visibility
-Maximize plant utilization and erection capacity
-Drive contracting pipelines aligned with operational capability
-Expand capacity only when utilization, margins, and ROCE are proven
-Remove day-to-day operational dependency from the CEO
📌 Core Accountabilities
🏗️ End-to-End Precast Services Ownership
-Convert signed contracts into on-time, on-quality, on-margin delivery
-Own execution and commercial outcomes across engagements
-Ensure client coordination, certification, billing, and escalation management
-Maintain cost, productivity, and margin discipline
🏭 Platform Ownership (Manufacturing + Erection Integration)
-Production planning and order-book smoothing
-Capacity utilization and throughput optimization
-Integration of plant output with site schedules
-QA/QC, safety, maintenance, logistics oversight
-Continuous margin and productivity improvement
📈 Tactical Revenue Growth
-Drive execution-backed revenue growth
-Support pricing strategy and institutional contracting
-Convert repeat demand into predictable monthly throughput
💰 Capital Efficiency & Expansion Discipline
-Maximize ROCE of existing assets
-Establish standard cost and productivity benchmarks
-Evaluate expansion only when utilization and margins are sustained

-Civil Engineer (Mandatory); MBA preferred

-Minimum 5 years direct precast exposure
-Minimum 3 years P&L ownership (plant, BU, or portfolio level)
-Strong institutional client experience
-Comfortable across factory and site environments
-Operator mindset with high discipline and accountability
