General Manager – Projects (Commercial Real Estate – IT Parks)

🏗️ Industry: Real Estate Development (Commercial Projects)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

-Lead execution of large commercial real estate projects (15+ lakh sq. ft.)

-Oversee planning, scheduling, resource mobilization, and site operations

-Manage project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants

-Ensure timely delivery aligned with scope, cost, and quality parameters

-Drive billing, cost control, and budget adherence

-Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, financial, safety, and quality standards

-Formulate project implementation strategies and execution frameworks

-Conduct monthly client review meetings and stakeholder coordination

-Define and monitor project budgets and financial performance

-Lead recruitment, supervision, and performance management of project teams

-Establish project management methodologies, documentation systems, and reporting structures

-Ensure smooth project handover post completion

-Plan and implement safety and quality audits in coordination with central teams

-Provide strategic inputs on development strategies and execution improvements

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

– 18–24 years of experience in project management within reputed real estate development companies

-Strong experience in commercial IT parks or large-scale commercial developments

-Proven leadership in handling multi-disciplinary teams

-Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

-Strong understanding of project financials, compliance, and contract management

-Strategic thinker with strong execution capability

-High professional integrity and performance-driven mindset

🎓 Educational Qualification

-B.Tech / B.E. – Civil (Mandatory)

-M.Tech – Civil (Preferred)
