Executive / Senior Executive – Inside Sales

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

-Identify and research potential clients including SMEs, accountants, and distributors

-Use digital platforms, databases, and CRM tools to build a qualified sales pipeline

Outbound Sales & Client Engagement

-Conduct 50–80 outbound calls daily to introduce the software solution

-Engage prospects via email and messaging platforms to share proposals and follow-ups

Product Demonstrations

-Schedule and deliver virtual demos via online meeting platforms

-Present key features such as cloud accessibility, accounting automation, and compliance capabilities

Sales Conversion & Target Achievement

-Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure

-Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets

CRM & Reporting

-Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures

-Share regular performance updates and sales reports

Client Relationship Management

-Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients

-Maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and referrals

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills

-Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred)

– 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Software Sales

-Prior exposure to ERP or SaaS products is an advantage

-Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office

-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

-Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset
