Senior Payroll Executive

🧑‍💼 Experience: 5–7 Years

🏗️ Industry Preference: Construction / Infrastructure (Preferred)

📌 Key Responsibilities

-Process and manage monthly payroll ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits

-Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including TDS, PF, ESI, and other payroll-related laws

-Prepare and file payroll taxes and statutory returns as required

-Generate payslips and payroll reports for management review

-Handle PF challans, attendance reconciliation, and salary adjustments

-Process final settlements, gratuity, and full & final calculations

-Maintain payroll records with strict confidentiality

-Reconcile discrepancies and coordinate with HR & Finance for attendance and leave data

-Provide timely resolution to employee payroll queries

✅ Mandatory Requirements

-Hands-on experience with SPINE HR software

-Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance, TDS, Salary Processing, PF Challan, and Attendance Management

-Minimum 5–7 years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity

🎓 Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field

-Master’s in HR (Optional)

-In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and advanced MS Excel

-Strong understanding of labor laws and tax regulations

-High attention to detail and accuracy

-Strong communication and problem-solving skills

-Ability to manage confidential information responsibly

-Good organizational and time management skills
