Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
-Identify and onboard new airline, corporate, and agency partnerships
-Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across B2B channels
-Lead negotiations with airline partners to secure commercial agreements
Program Management
-Design and manage airline sales programs, incentives, and promotional campaigns
-Track program performance and optimize outcomes through data analysis
-Align programs with partner objectives and market dynamics
Relationship Management
-Act as the primary point of contact for airline and key travel partners
-Strengthen relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
-Ensure high service standards and partner satisfaction
Strategic Planning & Reporting
-Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
-Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards
-Present periodic business reviews to leadership and partners
Team Leadership
-Lead, mentor, and develop sales and program teams
-Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration
Operational Oversight
-Oversee ticketing, reservations, and customer support coordination
-Work closely with GDS platforms to ensure operational efficiency
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and partner standards
Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelorβs degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field (MBA preferred)
β 5+ years of experience in Travel / Airline GSA operations
-Proven track record in sales, program management, and revenue growth
-Strong experience with airline partnerships and trade relationships
-Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
-Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
