📌 Key Responsibilities

📈 Sales & Revenue Growth

-Own and deliver primary and secondary sales targets for assigned regions

-Drive volume, value, and market share growth in GT markets

-Monitor performance vs targets and implement corrective actions

🤝 Distributor & Channel Management

-Appoint and manage distributors and sub-distributors across territories

-Ensure optimal market coverage and service levels

-Improve distributor ROI through effective margin and scheme management

👥 Team Leadership & Capability Building

-Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and distributor sales teams

-Set KRAs, conduct performance reviews, and build a high-performance culture

-Drive joint market working and on-ground coaching

🏬 Market Execution & Visibility

-Ensure strong in-store execution – availability, visibility, pricing, and promotions

-Execute trade schemes, product launches, and visibility initiatives

-Track competitor activities and provide actionable market insights

📊 Planning & Governance

-Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning

-Conduct structured distributor reviews and market audits

-Ensure disciplined reporting, CRM usage, and beat planning
