-Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
-Coordinate courier dispatch and receipt
-Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth office flow
-Support basic administrative and coordination tasks
-Assist internal teams with front office requirements

– Age: 20–30 years
-Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
-Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Good organizational and multitasking abilities
-Customer service–oriented attitude
