π Key Responsibilities
π₯ Human Resources Management
-Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
-Define and monitor KRAs for HR and administrative staff
-Conduct induction and orientation programs
-Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and performance appraisal coordination
-Maintain HR records and employee databases with strict confidentiality
-Coordinate with external recruitment partners and educational institutions for hiring initiatives
π’ Administrative Oversight
-Ensure smooth daily office operations including vendor and inventory management
-Supervise front office and support staff
-Manage travel coordination, meetings, and internal events
-Oversee infrastructure maintenance and workplace compliance
π Compliance & Governance
-Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulatory requirements
-Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews
-Support budgeting and financial documentation for HR & Admin functions
π Strategic HR Initiatives
-Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
-Drive employee engagement and employer branding initiatives
-Implement HR reporting and analytics for data-driven decisions
π Skills & Qualifications
-Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
β 7+ years of HR & Administration experience in a corporate/professional setup
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
-Strong organizational skills with high attention to confidentiality
