Team Lead – Sales

Key Responsibilities

-Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly targets

-Drive site sales, customer meetings, and deal closures

-Coordinate with pre-sales and CRM teams for lead management

-Track daily sales activity, pipeline, and conversion ratios

-Support negotiations and handle high-value customer interactions

-Ensure smooth customer journey from enquiry to booking

Required Experience & Skills

-Strong experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)

-Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Target-driven and customer-focused approach
