📌 Key Responsibilities

-Drive sales and business development for assigned territories

-Build and manage strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and key stakeholders

-Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations

-Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

-Manage channel partners, distributors, and key accounts

-Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts

-Ensure timely order closure, documentation, and payment follow-ups

🛠️ Must-Have Skills & Capabilities

-Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the medical devices ecosystem

-Technical Fit: Ability to explain technical products to clinical stakeholders

-Product Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with Neuro, Spine, or Capital Equipment

-Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering demos, clinical discussions, and pitches

-Cultural Fit: Professional mindset, adaptability, and collaborative approach
