Sales Head – Residential & Commercial

Key Responsibilities

-Define and execute sales strategy for residential and commercial projects

-Drive revenue generation, pricing strategy, inventory movement, and forecasting

-Lead, mentor, and scale on-site sales and channel partner teams

-Oversee lead conversion from enquiry to closure in coordination with pre-sales teams

-Manage channel partners including onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking

-Lead high-value negotiations and key customer closures

-Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing dynamics

-Track sales MIS, dashboards, and performance metrics

-Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the sales cycle

Required Experience & Skills

-20+ years of experience in real estate sales, covering both residential and commercial projects

-Proven track record of handling large-ticket projects and revenue targets

-Strong expertise in sales planning, pricing, channel management, and negotiations

-Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

-Results-driven mindset with strong market and customer understanding
