Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

-Handle walk-in and inbound leads at the project site

-Conduct site visits and explain project offerings to customers

-Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into bookings

-Coordinate with pre-sales and CRM teams for lead management

-Support documentation and booking formalities

-Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience in real estate sales preferred

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

-Willingness to work on-site and meet clients regularly
