πŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

-Lead, mentor, and manage on-site sales teams for premium residential projects

-Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue and inventory targets

-Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

-Build and nurture strong relationships with HNWIs, investors, and premium buyers

-Generate business through referrals, networking, and strategic relationships

-Deliver personalized sales experiences aligned with luxury lifestyle expectations

Sales Execution & Closures

-Conduct property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures

-Handle high-value transactions with a strong focus on customer trust and satisfaction

-Support customers through the entire sales journey from enquiry to booking

Market Intelligence & Reporting

-Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics in the luxury segment

-Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports for leadership review

Cross-Functional Coordination

-Work closely with marketing, finance, and CRM teams to support sales initiatives

-Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and internal processes

🎯 Experience & Skills Required

-Proven experience in luxury or premium real estate sales (villas / high-value homes)

-Strong network with HNWIs and investor communities

-Demonstrated capability in managing and motivating sales teams

-Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

-Strong understanding of luxury buyer behavior and investment-driven sales

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred

-Exposure to wealth management or large-ticket financing is an added advantage
