🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Non-IT Recruiters to manage end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level roles. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, hands-on experience with job portals, and excellent coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
📌 Key Responsibilities
-Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles
-Source candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals
-Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews
-Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
-Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports using Excel
-Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring timelines
🎯 Skills & Requirements
-Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
-Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools
-Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
-Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
🎓 Education : MBA mandatory
