🕘 Working Days & Time: 6 Days (Mon–Sat) | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate day-to-day execution of structured cabling, IT networking, and data center infrastructure activities
-Support Project Managers in planning work schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements
-Track site progress and follow up with contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution
-Maintain comprehensive project documentation including as-built drawings, test reports, patching details, trackers, and MOMs
-Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports, dashboards, and highlight risks, delays, or dependencies
-Coordinate with consultants, OEMs, and client teams for inspections, approvals, audits, and sign-offs
-Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
-Support project handover documentation and warranty-related submissions as required
Required Qualifications & Experience
-Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or related disciplines
– 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, structured cabling, data center, or networking projects
-Hands-on knowledge of UTP & fiber cabling, racks, containment, pathways, labeling, and patching
-Strong understanding of industry standards for structured cabling and passive infrastructure
-Experience in managing documentation such as BOQs, test reports, trackers, and as-built drawings
-Proficient in MS Excel for dashboards, MIS reporting, and project tracking
-Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors, contractors, and site teams
-Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
-Experience handling multiple projects across locations is an added advantage
Preferred (Good to Have)
-Exposure to cabling or networking certifications
-Familiarity with testing tools used for cabling and network validation
-Basic understanding of project management frameworks
