Key Responsibilities
1)Industry & Market Analysis
-Conduct detailed analysis of target industries to identify potential customers and market trends
-Track competitor activities, emerging technologies, and industry developments
2)Customer Identification & Shortlisting
-Shortlist prospective customers based on technical needs and solution alignment
-Support targeted lead generation initiatives in collaboration with sales teams
3)Techno-Commercial Support
-Understand technical specifications and commercial viability of solutions
-Align product positioning with customer expectations and market demand
4)Lead Generation & Pre-Sales Support
-Support sales teams in developing lead generation strategies
-Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations
5)Product & Solution Knowledge
-Maintain in-depth knowledge of fire safety, electronic security, and IBMS solutions
-Communicate value propositions effectively to clients and consultants
6)Sales Collaboration & Client Engagement
-Provide technical support during client presentations and discussions
-Assist in preparing technical proposals, estimates, and presentations
-Address client queries and offer solution-oriented pre-sales support
7)Continuous Improvement
Maintain a feedback loop with sales teams to refine strategies based on market response
Qualifications & Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
-Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and presentation abilities
-Ability to translate technical concepts into commercially viable solutions
Preferred Background
-Experience in pre-sales roles within Fire Detection, Fire Suppression, Electronic Security, or IBMS domains
-Exposure to client presentations and consultant interactions
