Vice President – Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

-Define and execute sales & marketing strategy aligned with long-term business growth

-Drive sales planning, pricing strategy, inventory optimization, and revenue forecasting

-Lead and scale on-site sales teams, pre-sales functions, and channel partner networks

-Oversee digital, offline, and experiential marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads

-Optimize the lead-to-conversion funnel in collaboration with marketing and pre-sales teams

-Build and manage channel partner strategy including onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking

-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements to refine go-to-market plans

-Lead high-value negotiations, key closures, and strategic customer engagements

-Ensure a consistent and premium customer experience from enquiry to booking

-Track and review sales MIS, dashboards, and performance metrics with leadership

-Build, mentor, and retain high-performing sales and marketing teams

Required Experience & Skills

– 20+ years of experience in real estate sales & marketing, covering both residential and commercial assets

-Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects and high revenue targets

-Strong expertise in sales strategy, pricing, channel management, and marketing campaigns

-Deep understanding of buyer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive positioning

-Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

-Strong execution mindset with a results-driven and customer-centric approach
