CRM Executive – Front-End (Post-Sales)

📍 Location: Gurgaon

🕒 Experience: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities

-Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the post-sales lifecycle

-Manage customer interactions related to handover, documentation, queries, and service requests

-Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns with a customer-first approach

-Coordinate with internal teams (sales, projects, finance, legal) for issue resolution

-Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system

-Generate reports and MIS for customer status, escalations, and closures

-Ensure adherence to defined TATs and service standards

-Build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

-Minimum 4+ years of experience in CRM front-end or post-sales roles

-Prior experience in the real estate sector is strongly preferred

-Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Far Vision or similar systems)

-Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer service best practices

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder coordination skills

-Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
