Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

📍 Location: Ahmedabad

🏭 Industry: Information Technology / IT Services

🕒 Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)

Key Responsibilities

-Understand products and solutions to assess customer requirements

-Generate and qualify leads through email and telephonic interactions

-Coordinate with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

-Prepare quotations, proposals, and assist in price discussions

-Manage client communication and relationship management

-Track opportunities and follow up until closure and payment realization

-Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates

-Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

-Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

-Ability to convince, negotiate, and build rapport with clients

-Result-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn

-Team player with high energy and ownership attitude

-Educational background: BBA / MBA / MCA / BE (IT/EC) preferred
