Experience: 8–10 years (HR Generalist role)
Key Responsibilities
-Manage complete HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and exits
-Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
-Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture
-Ensure compliance with statutory laws, labor regulations, and internal HR policies
-Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes
-Oversee HR documentation, MIS reporting, and audit readiness
-Implement and improve HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
-Support learning, development, and retention initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
– 8–10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
-Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations
-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
-Experience in real estate, construction, or allied industries preferred
-Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Office tools
