Key Responsibilities
-Lead end-to-end sales operations for residential projects at site
-Handle walk-in clients and deliver a high-quality customer experience
-Present project details, layouts, pricing, and amenities with strong product knowledge
-Conduct site visits and walkthroughs, including sample unit demonstrations
-Understand customer requirements, manage negotiations, and close deals within defined timelines
-Oversee the complete booking process from enquiry to closure
-Generate and nurture enquiries for ongoing and upcoming projects
-Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity at micro and macro levels
-Share market intelligence, demand-supply insights, and competition analysis with management
-Plan and execute on-site lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
-Define and manage negotiation parameters including pricing and payment terms
-Manage channel partners, including onboarding, engagement, and commission negotiations
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders
-Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and property orientations
-Drive follow-ups, revisits, and query resolution to improve conversion ratios
-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
-Activate multiple sales channels to expand reach and improve site performance
-Maintain required call volumes, market visits, and reporting standards
-Follow defined sales systems, processes, and compliance guidelines
-Ensure customer satisfaction to support referrals and cross-selling opportunities
