Pre-Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end pre-sales operations through inbound and outbound calling

-Lead and monitor a team of pre-sales executives to achieve lead qualification and site visit targets

-Ensure timely follow-ups, lead nurturing, and accurate CRM updates

-Work closely with marketing teams on lead quality and campaign performance

-Coordinate with site sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

-Track daily MIS, conversion ratios, and team productivity

-Drive process improvements and maintain high customer experience standards

Required Experience & Skills

-Proven experience in real estate pre-sales / call center operations

-Strong team handling and performance management skills

-Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities

-Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools

-Strong analytical skills to monitor conversions and optimize performance
