Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Governance
-Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business goals and expansion plans
-Establish IT policies, SOPs, controls, and governance frameworks to ensure standardization, compliance, and risk mitigation
-Ensure audit readiness and adherence to IT controls and compliance requirements
IT Operations & Infrastructure
-Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure system stability, availability, and minimal downtime
-Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, storage, hardware, and cloud environments
-Drive service reliability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
ERP & Business Applications
-Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and performance optimization
-Ensure data accuracy, role-based access, system availability, and smooth functioning of ERP and business applications
-Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across functions
Cybersecurity & Business Continuity
-Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls including access management, firewalls, endpoint security, and vulnerability assessments
-Plan and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies
-Establish and enforce data security policies to protect organizational information
Vendor, Asset & Cost Management
-Manage external vendors, system integrators, consultants, and AMC partners
-Oversee IT procurement, asset lifecycle management, license compliance, and cost optimization initiatives
-Define and monitor SOPs for IT asset issuance, tracking, maintenance, recovery, and audits
Team Leadership & Capability Building
-Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team across technical and functional areas
-Conduct regular skill gap assessments and design training programs covering system usage, cybersecurity awareness, and new technologies
-Promote best practices and standardized IT processes across locations
Key Skills & Competencies
-Strong hands-on expertise in ERP systems, IT infrastructure, networking, databases, and cybersecurity
-Solid understanding of IT governance, controls, compliance, and audit frameworks
-Experience in manufacturing, textile, apparel, or export-driven environments preferred
-Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills
