Assistant / Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition

📍 Location : New Delhi

💼 Experience : 5–10 years

🌐 Industry Exposure : Real Estate | Retail | Commercial Assets

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

-Manage full-cycle hiring for corporate, project, retail operations, leasing, facility management, finance, and engineering roles

-Handle recruitment lifecycle including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding handover

-Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles such as:

Leasing & mall operations teams

Retail store staff (sales, cashier, customer service)

Project engineers, quantity surveyors, and site support roles

2. Sourcing & Market Intelligence

-Execute multi-channel sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, direct search, walk-ins, vendors, referrals, and campus hiring

-Maintain a live talent database for real estate and retail field roles

-Track talent availability across key locations and feeder markets

3. Stakeholder Management

-Partner closely with business leaders and operations teams to understand manpower plans

-Conduct regular hiring reviews and track progress against open positions

-Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication

4. Vendor & Channel Management

-Manage recruitment consultants, staffing vendors, and agencies supporting walk-in drives

-Track vendor performance, closures, TAT, and commercial efficiency

5. Systems, Compliance & Reporting

-Maintain accurate hiring data on ATS / HRMS

-Track TA metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and attrition insights

-Support background verification, documentation, and compliance requirements, especially for frontline roles

6. Employer Branding & Hiring Initiatives

-Support employer branding initiatives targeting retail and real estate talent

-Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, campus drives, and walk-in recruitment programs

-Strengthen and promote employee referral programs

Skills & Competencies

-Strong sourcing and hiring expertise for retail operations, mall management, and real estate roles

-Ability to manage high-volume hiring with quick turnaround timelines

-Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities

-Working knowledge of Excel, ATS, and recruitment dashboards

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education : Graduate (any discipline)

Postgraduate qualification in HR (MBA / PGDM) preferred

Preferred Background

-Experience with real estate developers, retail chains, mall management, property or facility management, or construction/project organizations

-Proven success in closing both corporate and frontline operational roles
