Key Responsibilities
-Handle domestic and international air ticketing operations
-Provide reservation, ticketing, booking, hotel, and car rental support
-Manage travel requirements for corporate and premium clients
-Work on Galileo reservation system for bookings and fare checks
-Ensure compliance with client travel policies and internal processes
-Provide accurate routing, fare options, and cost-effective travel solutions
-Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative support
-Ensure strict adherence to TATs for bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds
-Coordinate timely billing for issued tickets and processed refunds
-Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
Mandatory Skills & Experience
-Strong hands-on experience in air ticketing (domestic & international)
-Experience supporting corporate / premium travel accounts
-Working knowledge of Galileo GDS
-Good understanding of fare rules, routing, and airline policies
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
