Key Responsibilities

-Lead end-to-end implementation of corporate travel solutions (OBT/CBT)

-Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows

-Coordinate with internal technology teams and third-party vendors for integrations and API enablement

-Manage UAT cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth go-live

-Deliver user training sessions and prepare implementation and process documentation

-Ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and optimal platform performance post-implementation

-Act as the primary client point of contact during implementation and transition to BAU (Business as Usual)

-Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues impacting client implementations

-Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different organizational levels

Mandatory Skills & Experience

-Experience in corporate travel technology, OBT/CBT implementations, or GDS-based travel operations

-Strong understanding of corporate travel workflows and system integrations

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Proven ability to manage client-facing implementations independently
