Senior Business Analyst – Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations

Key Responsibilities

-Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams across – Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance

-Analyze end-to-end operational processes including:

-Work Order lifecycle and execution

-MES–ERP data interfaces

-Warehouse and logistics workflows

-Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities

-Lead requirements gathering for initiatives such as:

-Work Orders, Sales Orders, PR/PO, MRP, and supplier commitment automation

-Warehouse picklists, kitting, shipping, and consumables forecasting

-Invoice validation and AI-enabled matching processes

-Document business requirements, functional specifications, data mappings, and process flows

-Define system and integration requirements across ERP, MES, WMS, and third-party platforms

-Support solution design, UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect resolution

-Ensure alignment with business rules related to yield, shrinkage, and component usage

-Support change management activities, training readiness, and solution rollout

Required Experience & Skills

-Strong experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics environments

-Hands-on exposure to Oracle ERP and MES platforms

-Solid understanding of:

Work Orders, Sales Orders, PR/PO, and MRP processes

Warehouse operations and logistics workflows

-Experience working on automation and system integration initiatives

-Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience with WMS implementations or scanner-based warehouse operations

-Exposure to AI-enabled automation in finance or supply chain domains

-SQL or advanced data analysis skills

-CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification
