Sales Manager – Real Estate (Residential Projects)

🧑‍💼 Experience : 5–10 years in residential real estate sales

(High-value apartments / villas preferred)

Key Responsibilities

-Sales & Revenue Management

-Define and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

-Drive site-based sales through client meetings, negotiations, and closures

-Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead follow-up to booking and agreement execution

-Track performance, prepare forecasts, and present MIS reports to leadership

Team Leadership

-Recruit, train, and manage sales executives and channel partners

-Set individual targets and monitor team productivity and conversions

-Conduct regular sales reviews, site briefings, and performance discussions

-Motivate teams to improve efficiency and close ratios

Client & Stakeholder Management

-Build long-term relationships with HNI clients, investors, and brokers

-Handle escalations, negotiations, and complex deal closures

-Ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to handover

Channel Partner & Marketing Coordination

-Develop and manage channel partner networks

-Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, site events, and lead generation

-Share market insights on pricing, competition, and buyer behavior

Compliance & Documentation

-Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and internal policies

-Oversee sales documentation and coordination with legal teams

-Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM systems

Qualifications & Skills

-Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred

Experience & Capabilities

-Proven experience in real estate sales management

-Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

-Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

-Strong understanding of Bengaluru real estate regulations and trends
