Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across project sites. The role involves design review, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, and site supervision while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
-Plan and execute MEP works across project sites
-Prepare BOQs, review designs, and support value engineering initiatives
-Supervise HVAC, fire fighting, electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems
-Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
-Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations
-Monitor quality, timelines, and cost optimization initiatives
-Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary site teams
Core Technical Skills
-MEP design coordination and project execution
-HVAC, fire fighting, electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems
-Load calculations and system sizing
-Quality assurance and safety compliance
-Vendor and contractor management
-Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Project
