IT Project Manager – Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Automation

Key Responsibilities

-Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT and automation initiatives

-Lead automation across Work Orders, Sales Orders, PR/PO, invoicing, and shipment processes

-Drive stabilization and scalability of MES ↔ Oracle ERP integrations

-Improve warehouse, kitting, shipping, and consumables workflows

-Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies

-Lead governance across Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and IT teams

-Manage scope, priorities, and interdependencies across an evolving project backlog

-Promote standardization and automation-first process design

-Coordinate internal teams, system integrators, and external vendors

-Ensure solutions are scalable to support long-term production growth

-Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, integrations, and change management

-Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and audit requirements

Required Qualifications

– 8+ years of IT Project Management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environments

-Strong hands-on experience delivering projects involving Oracle ERP and MES platforms

-Proven track record managing automation- and integration-heavy initiatives

-Solid understanding of:

Work Orders, Sales Orders, MRP, PR/PO processes

Warehouse operations, shipping, kitting, and consumables management

-Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

-Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications

-PMP or equivalent project management certification

-Experience with WMS, handheld scanners, and mobile printing solutions

-Exposure to AI/ML use cases in finance or supply chain automation

-Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models in enterprise environments
