Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

-Oversee finance and accounting operations for multiple project SPVs

-Ensure timely preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements

-Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and InvIT regulations

-Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closure processes with accuracy and control

-Review tax provisioning and disclosures in line with statutory requirements

-Evaluate tax implications for refinancing, restructuring, and strategic transactions

Compliance & Audit

-Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Companies Act, and regulatory filings

-Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for audits and reviews

-Oversee timely filing of returns, ROC submissions, and regulatory disclosures

Treasury & Cash Flow

-Monitor SPV-level cash flows and working capital requirements

-Support funding, refinancing, and cash optimization initiatives

Governance & Internal Controls

-Establish and maintain strong internal control frameworks

-Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and schedules

-Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial governance

Special Projects & Strategic Support

-Manage accounting and compliance for operating and dormant SPVs outside the core structure

-Support senior leadership on investor reporting, regulatory reporting, and due diligence

-Assist with refinancing, restructuring, project handovers, and transaction support

-Provide historical financial data to regulatory or government authorities as required

-Support budgeting, financial modelling, and business planning initiatives

-Lead or support finance-impacting system or software implementations

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA): 15–20 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure, InvITs, or large multi-entity organizations

-Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, InvIT regulations, and taxation

-Proven experience managing multi-entity accounting and consolidation

-Exposure to road / BOT project finance is an advantage

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict timelines

-Working knowledge of SAP / SAP HANA
