Key Responsibilities & Skills
-Hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration and Customization
-Strong working knowledge of Account and Contact Management
-Experience with Billing Care and Assistant Agent functionalities
-Expertise in Siebel CRM Scripting and Open UI
-Experience with CRM Order Management, CSW, and EAI integrations
-Knowledge of Siebel Workforce Management
-Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) / Dealer Management
-Exposure to Siebel Field Service modules
-Development and maintenance of Siebel BI Publisher reports
-Experience working on Siebel version 20.x and above (preferred)
-Strong telecom domain experience (mandatory)
– Good-to-have exposure to RODOD implementations
