Key Responsibilities
-Perform manual testing for telecom applications with a strong focus on Order Management workflows
-Validate end-to-end billing, charging, rating, invoicing, and subscription management processes
-Test BRM configurations, schema, and utilities to ensure functional accuracy
-Participate in testing for RODOD / DBX implementations involving systems such as Siebel, OAP, AIA, OEP, OSM, UIM, and ASAP
-Prepare, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios
-Log, track, and manage defects through the full testing lifecycle
-Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and SOAP UI
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery
Required Skills & Experience
-Strong experience in Manual QA within the Telecom domain
-In-depth knowledge of BRM testing, including schema and utilities
– Hands-on understanding of Order-to-Cash processes
-Solid knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
-Proven experience in test case design, execution, and defect management
-Hands-on experience using JIRA for defect tracking
-Good communication and documentation skills
